We vary our breakfasts to use seasonal, local ingredients so will chat to you about the options.

Sausage, bacon, egg (fried, poached or scrambled), black & white pudding, potato farl,
tomato and mushroom
Poached egg served on a ham and spinach topped muffin, knapped over with our
delicious hollandaise sauce
Lightly dusted with icing sugar served with maple syrup, strawberries and
whipped cream/Nutella (for the sweet tooth) or have with bacon
Scrambled eggs served with bacon or smoked salmon
Kippers served on a bed of roasted peppers and red onion compote and
a ramekin of hollandaise
